It offers the following courses:
Gives candidates a good groundwork of what happens in all the departments of the hotel. This program includes 5 months industrial attachment in various hotels within the Sterling group and other hotels locally, regionally and abroad. On completion of the attachment students come back to the school to complete the course by writing their final examinations.
Once candidates complete the certificate course they can either look for employments as chefs or food and beverage waiters and waitresses within the Hospitality Industry. They can also choose to further their studies in diploma in the following areas:
Each of the diploma courses is 6 months. On completion of the diploma students undergo a 3 months attachments in the areas of specialist courses before graduating.
