Wilbert has close to three decades of work and business leadership experience in finance and administration, security, ICT systems, projects, and audit & risk management in a wide range of industries. He joined the biggest chrome mining company in 1999 as operations accounting manager after completing his training with Deloitte & Touché and became a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with a Masters in Administration . He worked in various roles before joining Art Corporation as Finance Director for Chloride Zimbabwe in 2007. He then joined the second biggest platinum mine in the country in 2009 as corporate finance manager and progressed to his current position as a senior manager. His executive responsibilities include oversight of security, information technology & communication as well as enterprise risk management. He is founder and non- executive group chairperson for Vigilant Resources (Pvt) ltd a mining entity, Fresh Delight Catering Services as well as Sterling Group of Hotels. In addition to being chairperson of business against crime of Zimbabwe, Wilbert serves on the boards of other business entities and has church leadership roles.

Trythings Mutyandasvika is a seasoned hotelier with a wealth of experience having worked for the two biggest hotel groups in Zimbabwe, African Sun and Rainbow Tourism Group. A well-travelled individual with relevant qualifications that has seen him working for international brands. He was the general manger for two of the biggest hotels in Zimbabwe Elephant Hills Resort and Rainbow Towers Hotel and Conference Centre. He hosted the UNWTO conference in Victoria Falls and many heads of states on various occasions.
Has over 2 decades of leadership and management experience gained from his contribution in various listed and private companies across the continent Archibald is a Certified Banker, Project Manager, Human Resources Development Expert, Published Author and Leadership Coach.
Thomas been in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry since 1993 after graduating as Professional Chef, Class One, from Hotel School in Bulawayo, working for African Sun by then. He served under various hotel units across Zimbabwe in different capacities such as Rainbow Tourism Group in Victoria Falls, ZIM SUN, AFRICAN ALIBIDA, INTROWISE where he got a lot of experience in dealing with a lot of international clients.
He joined Cresta Group of Hotels in 2000 as an Executive Chef up to 2005 before going to Botswana and later South Africa before proceeding to Democratic Republic of Congo as a Catering Manager working under ISS, a South African Company. He was then promoted to a Project Manager for the same company from 2007 up to 2014.
He later came in 2015 to re-join A Zambezi River Lodge under Rainbow Tourism Group and later Rainbow Towers in Harare. He is a member of Zimbabwe Chef Association.
Has Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Chinhoyi University of Technology with 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Having started off as a graduate trainee with Rainbow Tourism Group, has held various management positions within RTG. Munyaradzi has also held management positions in Innscor under the pizza inn brand. He has also worked as Operations manager for Hotels and leisure Africa.
